• Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100+ G.P. Rs.6600
• Age limit : Not exceeding 32 years.
• Essential Qualification : Ph.D. (Thesis submitted/Awarded) in Civil Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering or M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent in Civil/ Environmental Engineering.
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in the development of newer construction material.
