- Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent qualification with a pass in English Typewriting and Shorthand examinations conducted by the State Technical Education Board with a speed of 40 words per minute in Typewriting and 80 words per minute in Shorthand.

- Pay Band : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-
- Age : Below 25 Years
- Qualification : Matriculation (with Science) or Diploma in Sericulture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
- Technician
- Number of posts : 2 (Two)
- Pay Band : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-
- Age : Below 25 Years
- Qualification : Diploma or ITI Certificate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.
- Assistant Technician
- Number of posts : 18 (Eighteen)
- Pay Band : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/-
- Age : Below 25 Years
- Qualification : Diploma or ITI certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute in anyone of the following fields:- Sericulture/Agriculture/Horticulture.
- Last date for receipt of application: 29th August, 2011
