- Qualification: Diploma in Coaching from NS NIS patiala, SAI or from any other recognised Indian / Foreign University OR Participation in Olympics / Asian Games / World Championship with Certificate Course in Coaching .
- Desirable : B.P.Ed.
- Age Limit : 30 Years as on 01.08.2011
